Helen's First communion

Last Sunday, 24th of May was another day of an event in some kids here in Waterford.. First communion where Helen had and her brother John.. It was a lovely day, nice and shine! A lucky day when you live in Ireland! :)

Last Saturday, 23rd of May 2009 was the First communion of both primary schools from Clonmel, County Tipperary.. The St. Mary's School C.B.S. and The Presentation Primary School.

This time.. it's CiARA's first communion and it was indeed so memorable for her and her family of course.. :)

Peter's Confirmation

Confirmation is a huge event in kids lives especially here in Ireland.. Having said that, photos are the most common way of capturing that moment.. And so I was there to snap the moment when PETER had his confirmation..

These photos were taken at the same day of his confirmation.. All the setup was done at their own house, at his own comfort..

Cormack's First communion

Kids having their first communion are always excited and CORMACK is no exemption to that.. As I was talking to this witty kid, he woke up at 6AM and was really excited! This kid is an artist in his own right. He enjoys singing, dancing and so much more into arts.

Post processing wise, it was difficult for me to decide which one is better than the other coz they all look brilliant I must say :) So, I decided to load them all up!

The 3 little Rascals

It's been a good while since a good friend of mine UNA AYRES (the poker queen) wanted her grandsons to have their photos taken. But due to the hectic schedule, it wasn't possible to set a date until one day her grand daughter had her Christening and so we set the date.. But anyhow this post is about these 3 little cute McCABEs!

Mophie Juice Pack AiR

I believe it's NOT just myself who uses their iPHONEs a lot right?! So what's the downside of using it, turning on and off frequently, surfing the net through your coolest phone ever? Of course it eats up the battery a looot! I was once tempted to buy an external attachment where you can charge your iPHONE's internal battery by a regular AA batteries but it's a hassle really!

Now, here comes the MOPHiE JUiCE PACK AiR.. Oh man, it's soo cool! I'm a heavy iphone user but since I have it so far, it takes me 2-3 days to recharge again! What's also great thing about it, the mophie battery is actually encapsulated inside the cover which also acts as the protective covering of the iphone itself. The thickness is acceptable in a way. The texture is great too, same as the iphone's.

Sony Alpha HVL-F58AM Flash Gun

Another addition to my arsenal is my NEW flashgun from SONY.. my newly bought HVL-F58AM which is a fantastic little thing amongst the flashguns out there! (in my perception so far).. It has a faster recycling time than my other Sony flashgun HVL-F56AM which was the Sony's former high end flashgun.

Miss Sunday World 2009

Last THURSDAY, 14th of May 2009 was the night when the new Miss Sunday World was crowned.. It was held at Samara Cafe Bar in Dublin City.. and guess what? WE were there to witness the event.. It was a great night.. Here's some photos:

Sony Alpha 24-70mm F2.8 ZA SSM Carl Zeiss Lens

Another exciting moment I had in Belfast was the fact that I had my NEW GLASS collected there at CALUMET.. Oh man this new glass is fantastic, it's razor sharp! and of course I love the bokeh it's producing! So brilliant! Though it's heavy but what do you expect with a tank built technology ey?! Maybe I'm just used to my prime SAL 50mm F1.4 lens and my Sigma 28mm F1.8 lens that's why :D But so far, this is a really great zoom lens, NO contest! :)

The Northern Ireland

The most awaited driving experience to date were through just this week. We drove to the North to look around and stayed in BELFAST CiTY. It was indeed a great experience again.. I have been up north once before but never got the chance to roam around the outside counties but only this time, more time than before.. So here's some few photos to share :)

After being up all night, stayed until 5AM GMT (Sunday, 3rd May) just to watch LIVE pay per view of the most awaited fight of the year 2009 in boxing history! Everything paid off as THE FILIPINO's FIST (He's known for) MANNY WON the fight against RICKY HATTON by KO in 2nd ROUND just about 10seconds before the bell rings.. JAi HO (Indian words) means VICTORY in case you wonder?!?

Once again, I'm proud of my origin! Go PiNOY! :)
